At Destaron, we are constantly trying to learn more about how to provide the best customer service to our residents. We try to gain as much feedback as possible – whether it is through conversations residents have with their on site building manager or via resident surveys.
New Resident Survey
We strive to make everyone’s move in experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. Each new resident should receive an email within 3 months of their move in, with a link to a new resident survey. If you would like to see a copy of the survey, please click here.

Destaron has been family owned and operated in Ontario for over 35 years.
Destaron believes residents should get pristine units when they move in and all units should be properly maintained.
The “Destaron Difference” may cost more at the outset, but the strategy has proven itself, with most buildings having a large majority of residents who have lived there for five years or more (or even 10+ years).
