My husband and I moved into the Arkledun from a much larger building near by and this was the best move we've ever made. The building is spotlessly cleaned, the staff is helpful, welcoming and greet you with a smile every day. At the Arkledun you know your neighbours, as the saying goes "everyone knows your name", you are not just a number on the door. We are retired and the location is terrific, close to medical facilities, easy to walk to James Street South Business District and great access to public transit. It is a pleasure to live here. Mayfair Apartments
We have been in our apartment for just over a year and have settled in very well. The apartment was spotless as the unit was cleaned to perfection. Management is very helpful as they help us with any concerns or problems we may have. In other words, we are very happy at Mayfair Apartments. ~B.M.

Heather Forest Apartments
I have been living in Heather Forest Apartments since December 2012. When I was looking for a new home, I did not choose lightly;I was looking for an atmosphere that was warm and welcoming as well as being for those aged 55 and older. I had to wait for 10 months for a vacancy to become available but it was well worth the wait. I look forward to residing here for many more years to come.In the three and a half years I have lived here I have come to really appreciate Moe and Nikki, and all the work they do. I can take pride when family and friends visit in the well manicured lawns, the beautiful gardens full of flowers, the clean and tidy entrance, hallways and elevator. I appreciate that when I have any issue, they are quick to address it and solve it for me. We have lived at Pioneer Apartments since 2007 and we are conveniently located near our place of employment. When ever there is a maintenance issue, repairs are always completed right away. We like the fact that there is always someone on site 24 hours, 7 days a week in case of an emergency.
